We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Practice Manager to join our counseling and therapy team. As a Practice Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our therapy and counseling practice, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of mental health services. This is a key leadership role that requires strong managerial skills and a deep understanding of healthcare management.
```Responsibilities```
- Manage the overall operations of the counseling practice, including staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices, including HIPAA
- Oversee the hiring, training, and performance evaluation of staff members
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient care and improve operational efficiency
- Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to maximize revenue and minimize expenses
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records using electronic health record systems
- Ensure compliance with quality assurance standards and participate in quality improvement initiatives
- Handle patient inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in medical practice management
