As we conquer billing, we need someone who has:

• At least 2 years of medical RCM experience required, in the physical therapy industry is a big bonus

• Experience using an EMR to reconcile insurance company payments

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail

• Superior time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• Knowledge of CPT and ICD-10 codes

• An associate degree in business, finance, health administration or a related field preferred

What you will do:

• Assist in bringing customer’s billing live on our EMR

• Liaise with the tech team on billing enhancements

• Serve as the company’s SME on physical therapy billing, including researching and staying on the leading edge of best practices and upcoming changes
