This role is pivotal in ensuring the efficiency and accuracy of our financial transactions, contributing significantly to our revenue assurance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Payment Processing & Documentation: Handle incoming payments meticulously, ensuring accuracy in processing and documentation.
• Account Management: Monitor account statuses and balances, identifying and rectifying any discrepancies.
• Account Verification: Validate account information, including routing, account, and credit card details.
• Database Management: Update our accounts receivable database with new accounts or missed payments.
• Client Communication: Keep clients well-informed about their outstanding debts and payment deadlines.
• Problem Solving: Offer effective solutions for client-related billing issues.
• Reporting: Prepare detailed and accurate reports on billing activities.

Requirements:

• Experience: Proven track record as a Billing Specialist.
• Numerical Proficiency: Strong ability in dealing with numbers and financial information processing.
• Technical Skills: Excellent command of MS Office (especially Excel and Google Sheets). Familiarity with Recurly (billing platform) and Baremetrics (subscription analytics) is preferred.
• Interpersonal Skills: Comfortable interacting with customers and senior leadership.
• Adaptability: Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and embrace process improvements.
• Language: Proficiency in English.
• Personal Traits: Results-driven, patient, highly attentive to detail, and trustworthy.
• Education: BSc degree in Finance, Accounting, or BA.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $24.16 per hour
