Key Responsibilities:
A brief overview of the responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Generate invoices specific to client requirements.
Meet month-end closing deadlines.
Update payment breakdown sheets.
Collect on delinquent invoices.
Log all collection efforts by updating the AR tracking sheet.
Forward billing questions from clients to the appropriate manager.
Run monthly WIP and AR reports.
Other administrative duties as assigned.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise:
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree or college-level classes preferred.
2 - 5 years of experience as a Billing Specialist or similar role.
Knowledge of MS Office - particularly Excel.
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
Team player.
Good time-management skills.
Great interpersonal and communication skills.
Attention to detail.
CCH Axcess experience is a plus.
Accounting or Legal billing and collections experience is a plus.
