Our busy furniture company is currently looking for a team player to fill the position of a Billing Clerk/Receptionist. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely greeting of customers and providing a positive experience when purchasing goods or making payments.
The jobs will include but are not limited to:
· Answering phones either to take a payment, answer inquiries or dispatch calls to the correct department,
· Handling and counting cash at a quick pace,
· Collection calls on past due accounts,
· Quickly and accurately processing sales and finance contracts,
· Basic filing and locating customer folders,
· Accurately entering customer information into the computer.
Good phone etiquette, computer skills, organization skills, ability to multitask and familiarity with counting back change is very important. We will provide training to the right person who can demonstrate the motivation and a willingness to learn. - Work hours are between 9:30am to 6:30pm or later somedays, depending on business.
- Workdays are Monday thru Saturday. You will have Sundays and one set day off during each week.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
