The Billing Clerk will provide general accounting and project support to the Finance Department 20 hours per week.
Duties to include routing accounting duties including:
- GL Account analysis
- Billing
- AR – Support the dispute management function by following up on aged disputes
- AR – facilitating billing automation
- Assisting with special projects, reports and other duties, as assigned

Requirements
Knowledge and experience working with AR and billing. This position is also open to individuals pursuing certification via an accredited Accounting/Finance program.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0 preferred
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office required
- Must be detail oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills
- Strong initiative and willingness to learn
