Office Assistant Job Description
Office Assistant Responsibilities: This position may have a variety of responsibilities including entering payroll information, managing documents and physician orders, assisting with billing and obtaining prior authorizations for patients, scheduling, and intake.
Office Assistant Requirements:
- High school diploma or associate's degree.
- Experience as an office assistant or in related field.
- Ability to write clearly and help with word processing when necessary.
- Warm personality with strong communication skills,
- Ability to work well under limited supervision,
- Great communication skills.
- Have a valid driver license.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
