The Team:
The Finance Department is essential to Enfusion's growth and success. With the aim to support all aspects of the business, Finance is filled with numerous, talented individuals across Accounting Operations, Financial Planning and Analysis, Consolidations, Corporate Development, Investor Relations, Procurement, Reporting, and several other functions that provide valuable insight while guiding executives on best practices for their business decisions.
The Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Billing and Collections Manager. This position will oversee all aspects of the billing process, manage collections, and ensure timely and accurate invoices are sent to clients. This role requires strong communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to lead a team effectively.
What You'll Do:
- Manage the billing process from start to finish, including invoicing, reviewing billing discrepancies, and working collaboratively with client services to resolve client inquiries
- Ensure that cash receipts are recorded daily and accurately applied to customer balances in accordance with the remittance advice
- Lead and mentor a team of six Billing and Collections specialists, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals
- Develop and implement billing policies and procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including accounting, sales, and client services, to streamline processes and improve cash flow
- Analyze Billing and Collections data to identify trends and implement strategies for improvement
- Prepare various billing reports as part of the month-end close process
- Leading finance transformation
What You'll Need:
- 5+ years of billing experience; experience in a SaaS business is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
- Demonstrated knowledge of Billing and cash application procedures
- Experience with Intacct is a plus
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks and work independently
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
The salary for this position is $120,000 - $140,000 + bonus + benefits.
