Billing Analyst

Essential Responsibilities:

• Responsible for reviewing and verifying orders, correcting invoice errors
• Verifying with other departments that orders have accurate charges.
• Reconciling remittance reports with our orders to ensure all invoices are paid in full.
• Analyze spreadsheets, primarily with VLOOKUP and filters, to ensure accuracy of charges and order information
• Utilize multiple customer portals to update order charges and submit invoices
• Correspond with clients regarding invoice discrepancies or questions
• Maintain an organized system of supporting documentation..

Requirements: 2 - 5 years of previous billing experience and proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required. Please be prepared to demonstrate Excel skillset.
Additional Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Excellent communication skills. Must be able to work in a fast-paced multi-tasking, hands-on environment. Ability to establish and maintain a positive and professional working relationship with all individuals; listens carefully and can perform as a team member. Strong clerical skills, data entry skills and computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel (VLOOKUP), and Outlook.
