Here are some of the details:

 

Title: Billing Analyst

Location: Houston, TX

Pay Rate: $28 - $30

Shift Schedule: 8am – 5pm - HYBRID, once a month in the office otherwise remote

Contract Type: 6 Months Contract

 

Requirements

• Excel skills Required

• Minimum of either a Bachelors degree/Associates Degree or 3+ years’ experience of Billing experience

• Good communication to handle internal stake holders

• Critical and analytical thinking skills

• Detail oriented

• Nice to have - energy industry exp, SQL experience

Responsibility

• Issue and distribute invoices

• Billing Analyst supporting offices in CT, Maine, Mass, RI, NH

• Process new contracts and sales

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure billing accuracy

• Address customer complaints and questions

• Keep track of accounts receivable and transactions

• Assist with customer account reconciliations

• Prepare and present analytical reports

• Support monthly and quarterly audits and clean ups

• Resolve any issues or mistakes

Pay Details: $28.00 to $30.00 per hour
