```Duties```
- Greet and welcome employees in a professional and friendly manner
- Making badges for new employees and updating records in a timely manner
- Assist with orientation paperwork
- Work as a team
- Perform data entry tasks using QuickBooks and other software programs
- Transcribe and type documents, correspondence, and reports
- File and organize documents, both physical and electronic
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Bilingual Spanish a must

- Strong administrative skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience using QuickBooks for order entry and financial record keeping
- Proficient in using Google Suite (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets)
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to provide support to clients or customers
- Ability to transcribe information accurately and type with speed
- Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, scanners, and copiers
