Bilingual Medical Receptionist

Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Bilingual Receptionist to join our team. As a Bilingual Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our non-surgical orthopedic office, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. Fluency in both English and Spanish is required for this position as well as 1 year of experience as a front desk receptionist.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and assist with medical scheduling
- Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of medical administrative support
- Handle patient inquiries and provide information about services offered
- Follow HIPAA guidelines to ensure patient privacy and confidentiality
- Assist with medical records management and documentation
- Perform general office duties such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents
- Collaborate with the medical team to ensure smooth operations of the front desk

Experience:
- 1 year of previous experience as a Bilingual Receptionist or Medical Receptionist required
- Familiarity with orthopedic office procedures and terminology is a plus
- Proficient in using Word and Excel software for medical administrative support
- Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish, both written and verbal
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
