Bilingual Spanish/English Receptionist

We are currently looking for a bilingual receptionist for a tax firm located in Alpharetta.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Administrative Support
• Answer phone calls and check voicemail
• Greet clients.
• Schedule (or reschedule) and confirm appointments by phone and/or email
• Answer questions regarding tax return status
• Upon request, send clients copies of previous returns, payment vouchers, tax forms, copies of supporting tax documents, and tax organizers.
• Pull files for appointments and upon request.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Word.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
• Must be able to work collaboratively with other team members in a fast-paced environment.
• Must possess strong organizational and time management skills.
• ⁣Customer service-oriented with a passion for serving clients effectively and efficiently.
• Flexibility and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.

• Schedule: Monday-Friday 11:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m. Saturday 10:00am-3:00pm
