The Plant Manager will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our production facility. - Develop and implement strategies to optimize plant performance and productivity
- Oversee all aspects of the manufacturing process, from raw material procurement to final product assembly
- Monitor production schedules and ensure timely delivery of products to customers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvement initiatives
- Manage the plant budget and ensure cost-effective operations
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of safety among all employees
- Lead and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching and guidance as needed
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes employee engagement and teamwork
```Skills:```
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and practices
- Proven experience in process improvement and implementing efficiency measures
- Mechanical knowledge and understanding of plant equipment and machinery
- Solid understanding of supply chain management and logistics
- Ability to fabricate systems and assemble components as needed
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on root cause analysis
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written

Pay: $105,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
