Highly Ranked and Successful Couple looking for a Motivated Personal and Office Assistant. We are looking for someone who is extremely organized, detail-oriented, good-natured, and able to be flexible in their schedule if needed. We are looking to start ASAP! THIS A PART TIME POSITION THAT WILL QUICKLY MOVE INTO FULLTIME BASED ON PERFORMANCE. MUST speak ENGLISH and SPANISH FLUENTY.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Handle all personal requests and queries appropriately
- Manage and schedule travel arrangements
- Dog walking, transporting dogs to and from vet/salon/etc.
- Ensuring meals are ready when needed (i.e. grabbing meals from local restaurants)
- Wardrobe management (i.e. take items to dry cleaning, shopping for luxury clothes, etc.
- General office duties and errands
- Source and take inventory of home supplies.
- Calling Family, Friends, and Business partners for events before and after.
- Creating online and paper invitations for events.
- Assist in coordinating any business or personal events.
- Assist with various businesses by making Cold Calls to clientele
- Scheduling different vendors for events, Construction, home care matters such as cleaning etc
Requirements
- Work experience as a Personal Assistant is ideal, but willing to make an exception for the right candidate
- MS Office and English proficiency
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Up to date with the latest office gadgets and applications
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Discretion and confidentiality
- High School degree
- Must have a reliable car.
Executive Assistant Support
Responsibilities:
- Perform administrative duties to assist the couple with business and personal doings such as meetings, events, filing, calling clientele, and anything else to ensure all business or personal matters and smooth.
- Assist with calendar management.
- Assist in prioritizing and managing responses to incoming calls, correspondence, and requests in a timely manner.
- Meticulous management of records.
- Other duties and special projects, as needed

Qualifications:
- Some college preferred but not needed.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to capture the tone and style of others.
- Strong judgment and initiative; able to think and work independently, multi-task, prioritize, and follow through to effectively manage workflow.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment and thrive under pressure
- Flexible and positive attitude
- Proficient in G Suite (Docs, Sheets, Cal), MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PPT)
- Ability to learn new technology software and applications
Schedule: Must be available and flexible with schedule including sometimes being called upon to work remotely on weekends.
- Part Time & Full Time Available
- In-Person Role Downtown LA is the primary base.
