Bilingual Medical Aesthetician/Laser Technician

Renew Beauty Medspa is seeking an experienced and passionate bilingual Medical Aesthetician and Laser Technician to join our team at our new location in Arlington. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing a range of advanced skincare and laser treatments. Must have minimum of one year of medical aesthetics experience. Treatments include chemical peels, medical grade facials, Hydrafacials, microneedling, IPL, laser hair removal, Morpheus8, and anti aging laser treatments. Knowledge of body contouring services including Coolsculpting and Emsculpt NEO a plus. Must be passionate and knowledgeable about medical grade skincare products.

Responsibilities:

• Client Consultations:
  • Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their skincare concerns and aesthetic goals.
  • Assess clients' skin conditions and recommend appropriate treatments.
• Aesthetic Treatments:
  • Administer a variety of medical-grade aesthetic treatments, including but not limited to facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and microneedling.
  • Perform laser hair removal, laser skin rejuvenation, and other laser-based treatments with precision and attention to safety.
• Customized Treatment Plans:
  • Develop customized treatment plans based on individual client needs and concerns.
  • Educate clients on skincare routines and products to enhance and maintain results.
• Maintain Treatment Rooms:
  • Ensure treatment rooms are clean, well-stocked, and prepared for each client.
  • Adhere to infection control and safety protocols to maintain a sterile and safe environment.
• Technology Expertise:
  • Stay current on industry trends, advancements in skincare, and laser technologies.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in using and maintaining laser equipment and other advanced aesthetic devices.
• Client Relationships:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Address client concerns and provide post-treatment care instructions.
• Documentation:
  • Maintain accurate and detailed client records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and post-treatment recommendations.
• Collaboration:
  • Work collaboratively with other team members, including physicians and aestheticians, to create a comprehensive approach to patient care.
• Social Media:
            Use social media to market your work on your work pages and bring in new clientele. 
  

Qualifications:

• Current state licensure as a Medical Aesthetician
• Certification in laser treatments and experience with various aesthetic procedures.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English
• Experience an asset but willing to train with LHR, Fraxel, IPL, Microneedling, Morpheus8, Clean & Brilliant, & Coolsculpt 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
• Knowledge of skincare products and the ability to make personalized recommendations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
