ROLE SUMMARY:
The Bilingual Human Resources Assistant provides general administration assistance on benefits, training and development, legal compliance, and other Human Resources issues. The position will nurture relationships with current managers and employees all while having FUN doing it! We are a true contributor to the growth and successes of the company. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.
Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources Team.
Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies).
Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (performance evaluations etc).
Deal with employee requests regarding logowear, maintains proper inventory levels for in-house t-shirts.
Communicate with outside service providers when necessary.
Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma or GED required.
Minimum one (1) year of Human Resources experience or a combination of work experience and education.
High level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Work, and Outlook is required.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Good organizational skills required.
Bilingual required

Executes all tasks in a safe manner and utilize safe work practices as appropriate.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Must be able to walk, stand, sit, stoop, kneel, climb stairs, reach overhead, push, pull, lift and carry up to 10 lbs.
