Looking for an Equine Customer Care Representative
Our mission is to transform our patients to reach their peak performance abilities. The Customer Care Representative is the first point of contact with the client. This position must be happy, enthusiastic and helpful. The purpose is to welcome and assist clients in their scheduling needs for their pets by delivering exceptional customer service throughout the clients journey.
As an essential part of the company, the representative’s goal is to listen to the owner's desires and needs in order to provide a path of a smooth transition to see the doctor. This position is also to keep the fast paced clinic flow running smoothly and efficiently by ensuring the owner arrives at their appointment and provided the best service for them and the patient.
This position is also responsible for quickly and efficiently handling clients first contact, client education, answering all questions, smooth transition to the medical team, collecting payments and asking for referrals.
About PEVS:
We work with horse athletes of all disciplines, to service their sports medicine and rehabilitation needs of our patients. We are located on a beautiful 23 acre facility in Ocala, Florida. We are transparent, disciplined, accountable, aligned, results-oriented, and inspirational.
Duties
- Maintaining professionalism while greeting and engaging with customers, and answering phone calls.
- Preparing paperwork for appointments
- Scheduling Appointments and Doctors Routes (for traveling veterinarians) efficiently
- Updating patient and client records
- Following up with clients
- Collecting payment and sending invoices
- Using our online software to check clients in and update clinical notes
- Update Techs and Vets on arrival of clients
Schedule
- Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm, occassional saturdays for events

Education:
- High school diploma (required)
- 2 years Customer Service Experience (preferred)
- Basic Horse Knowledge (required)
- Bilingual (REQUIRED)
Earning
- $14-18/hour plus production based bonuses and growth potential
Physical Requirements
- Should be able to work 40 hours a week and occasionally more
