JOB DETAILS
Pay Rate: $19/hour + opportunity to earn more
Schedule:
- 8 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. PST
- Monday through Friday
Training & Post Location: Work from home (Must reside in California)
Brief List of Job Duties:
- Answer incoming communications from customers
- Conduct research to provide answers for customers to resolve issues
- Navigate software to complete assigned tasks
Requirements:
- Fluent in English and one of the following languages: Cambodian, Cantonese, Mandarin, or Korean
- Previous Customer Service experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- Reside in California
- High-speed home internet and a quiet work space
