JKB Financial is an established firm that helps people across the country get out of debt. We are seeking a Financial Success Coach to join our team! You will be responsible for helping our agents enroll new clients and start them down the path towards financial freedom among other duties. This role has the potential for advancement to other associated roles based on demonstrated performance.
Responsibilities:
- Assist agents in enrolling new clients
- Engage clients in our financial coaching program
- Assist the operations team in maximizing client retention
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Other operational duties based on need
Qualifications:
- Must be bilingual - Spanish & English
- Certification: Certified Educator in Personal Finance a plus
- Previous experience in Customer Service, sales, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Exceptionally resourceful self starter
- Positive and professional appearance and demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with Financial Education
This role provides training to become a Certified Educator in Personal Finance if you do not currently hold the certification.This role is compensated through an hourly base (commensurate with certification) plus bonus based on performance each quarter.

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
