OVERVIEW
We are looking for a Bilingual English/Spanish speaking individual who is a hardworking and energetic team-player who is able to handle multiple competing responsibilities. The Customer Service Specialist will interact with our customers by addressing inquiries and resolving any concerns our customers may have. They must be proficient at professionally handling high-volume calls, emails, CRM software and on-line chats.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Interact with customers via telephone, email, online chat, CRM software or in person to provide support and information.
- Manage large volumes of incoming inquiries.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools and/or connecting with the right people within the organization.
- Maintains customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, or comments.
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
- MUST BE Bilingual English/Spanish
- Proven customer support experience required.
- Excellent communication skills including active listening required.
- Must be service-oriented and able to resolve customer grievances while adapting and responding to different personalities.
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
- Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software including CRM systems.
- Knowledge of, or ability to learn, product, service, or area of Customer Service specialization.
REQUIREMENTS
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
