SalaryProvide basic customer support via telephone as required per program in English and another language.
Primary Tasks:
- Provide basic customer support via multiple channels for each assigned program; inbound and/or outbound in English and another language
- Document completely and accurately call information provided by the system
- Document calls for research and escalate through appropriate chain of command
- Review spec sheets and training manuals and provided sites to remain current on client programs
- Notify Supervisor of any issues or events
Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Skills:
- Good communication skills (verbal)
- Good Customer Service skills
- Basic computer skills
- Fluent in a second language
Experience:
- Basic Customer service experience
- Basic phone handling experience
