Bilingual Spanish-Customer Service Represenative-CSR wanted for an IN OFFICE POSITION at our Chicago State Farm Insurance Agency office.

Responsibilities:
- Sales and Customer Acquisition: Engage with prospective customers to understand their insurance needs and recommend personalized insurance and financial products that align with their unique requirements.
- Lead Generation: Proactively seeking out new business opportunities through various channels, including referrals, networking events, and community involvement.
- Consultative Selling: Conducting in-depth consultations with customers, identifying their coverage needs, and presenting suitable solutions in a clear and understandable manner.
- Customer Relationship Management: Building strong and lasting relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction, and providing ongoing support.
- Team Collaboration: Working closely with our team to achieve individual and team sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the agency.
Qualifications:
- Sales Experience: Prior experience in sales or CUSTOMER SERVICE is preferred, but we welcome individuals with a genuine passion for sales and a determination to succeed.
- Communication Skills: Excellent listening, verbal and written communication abilities to effectively convey insurance concepts and provide top-notch CUSTOMER SERVICE.
- Customer-Centric: A strong commitment to providing outstanding service and building long-term relationships with customers.
- Goal-Oriented: A self-motivated and goal-driven individual with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Insurance Knowledge: While not required, familiarity with insurance products and industry practices will be advantageous.
- Insurance Licenses: Possessing Illinois Insurance Producer Licenses would be advantageous. If not, the ability to obtain licenses asap would be mandatory.
