HYBRID OPPORTUNITY...3 days in office, 2 days remote
Prior Customer Service experience for a manufacturing company is required. Hours are Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm. This position requires strong attention to detail, accurate data entry and filing skills, and proficiency with MS Word and Excel.
REQUIREMENTS: PRIOR EXPERIENCE MUST INCLUDE
- Assisting international customers (Bilingual Spanish is strongly desired.)
- Processing export orders, and understanding customs documentation, shipping restrictions and incoterms
- Customer service/order entry experience in a manufacturing environment
Traditional Responsibilities will include:
- Accurately enter export orders into ERP system
- Confirm and verify pricing, item numbers, product availability, shipping and routing info, freight/shipping terms, Incoterms, payment and credit terms
- Generate required export documentation and prepare export report
- Scan and attach documents such as shipping lists and BOLs to electronic files
- Answer customer questions, provide freight quotes, order status, product availability and tracking information
- Process return goods requests, investigate short pays and credit holds
- Document customer accounts in CRM system, enter notes, reconfirm orders, update due dates, advise customers of delays
