Responsibilities:

• Meet new business production goals and objectives.
• Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
• Generate new business through leads and referral sources.
• Provide exceptional Customer Service.
• Grow sales revenue via phone, email and potential client lists.
• Communicate with customers and navigate their insurance information.

Qualifications:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused office.
• Previous experience in Customer Service, sales, or other related fields.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on Customer Service.
• A courteous and professional demeanor.
• Expert attention to detail.
• Excellent written/verbal skills.
• A genuine willingness to learn, with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Ability to work well independently.

Licensing and Job Requirements:

• Property & Casualty, Life & Health licenses are preferred but will train the right individual.
• Any prior insurance experience is a plus, but not required.
