Job Overview:
We Help is a staffing agency looking for a highly motivated and skilled Customer Service Representative to be placed at our client's fast-paced logistics and warehouse operation. The ideal candidate is bilingual, speaking both English and Spanish or English and Chinese fluently, and has a knack for problem-solving and providing excellent customer service. After a 3-month period, the candidate will be hired directly by the client and will be eligible for additional benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (organizing data, pivot tables, vlookup, etc.) and logistics software
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to manage inventory levels, and to fulfill and expedite orders.
- Create and manage shipping documentation such as bills of lading, packing slips, and invoices.
- Work closely with the logistics team to provide customers with timely and accurate delivery updates.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist in tracking and reporting key performance indicators relevant to the customer service department.
- Ensure compliance with safety and warehouse procedures.
