Big Island Express Car Wash- Kona Site Manager
Job Summary:
As a Site Manager you will be responsible for the overall operation and profitability of the Car Wash facility to ensure the best customer experience and product is being delivered to every customer, every time. You are responsible for ensuring all equipment is maintained and operable to deliver the best product to our customers. You will ensure the facility is properly staffed, and all personnel are trained to deliver the best customer experience.
Education:

Responsibilities:
Sales:
Ø Responsible for maximizing Car Wash sales at the location.
Ø Responsible for teaching and role modeling proper customer service methods to increase sales.
Ø Ensure the overall customer’s experience including safety, Car Wash condition, efficiency, pricing, and service meets or exceeds established Company standards.
Wash Equipment Repair & Maintenance:
Ø Responsible for learning all operational aspects of the wash equipment including the POS hardware and software.
Ø Responsible for the repair and maintenance of all wash equipment personally and through a night maintenance person(s)
Administrative:
Ø Responsible for completing all administrative duties in a timely fashion with a high degree of accuracy to insure correct reporting.
Ø Responsible for all required stats and logs to be completed accurately and available for review.
Ø Daily Bank Deposit is prepared and ready according to policy and security guidelines.
Ø Ensures all company manuals and other issued books/manuals are available.
Company Property Management:
Ø Ensures all safety procedures and practices are being practiced by all employees.
Ø Ensures his/her Car Wash is a safe place to work and visit.
Ø Ability to open and close the Car Wash if applicable or in case of an emergency.
Ø Responsible to familiarize all employees with preventive maintenance and reporting procedures for any equipment which is unsafe or not operating.
Ø Periodically or as directed, conducts property inspections noting any maintenance needs/repairs and notifying the appropriate person or company responsible.
Ø Follows up and reports any inadequate response/repair to maintenance issues.
Ø Daily general Car Wash condition and image should meet or exceed Company expectations.
Ø Maintains the Car Wash interior and exterior image to promote increase sales.
Merchandising:
Ø Implements marketing, merchandising, and promotional plans in a timely and effective manner.
Ø Maintains proper ordering and chemical inventory levels.
Ø Ensures and maintains current displays, point of sale signage, and promotional aids & materials are available during the promotional period.
Personnel Management:
Ø Responsible for overseeing the quality of training, motivating, and maintaining qualified employees to meet our Car Wash business model, customer needs and expectations.
Ø Encourages employees to seek and achieve their potential within the company.
Ø Manages a diverse and qualified Car Wash team. Does not tolerate the mistreatment or harassment of an employee due to their race, color, sex, religion, national origin, citizenship, status, age, disability, or sexual orientation.
Staffing and Scheduling:
Ø Responsible for the active recruiting, interviewing, and hiring the most qualified employees to staff the Car Wash & Night Maintenance crew.
Ø Responsible for the completion and posting of the work schedule in a timely manner.
Ø Car Wash Manager will train two employee (Assistant Manager) that can fulfill the Car Wash Manager’s responsibilities in their absence.
**Other responsibilities and tasks as necessary.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
