Overview: We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Burrito Roller to join our team at a fast-paced restaurant. As a Burrito Roller, you will play a key role in creating delicious and customized burritos for our customers. Duties: - Prepare and assemble burritos according to customer specifications - Ensure that all ingredients are fresh, properly portioned, and meet quality standards - Handle food safely and maintain proper hygiene practices - Utilize time management skills to efficiently complete orders during peak hours - Upsell additional menu items to enhance the customer experience - Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and answering any questions they may have - Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area - Assist with food preparation as needed Qualifications: - Previous experience in a restaurant or culinary setting is preferred but not required - Strong math skills for accurate portioning and handling of ingredients - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Excellent time management skills to ensure timely completion of orders - Knowledge of POS systems is a plus - Ability to provide friendly and efficient customer service - Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds We offer competitive pay based on experience and performance.
