The Headlines:
In the role of Beverage Quality Specialist working in Milwaukee, WI you will be reporting to the Partnership Quality Manager, the Beverage Quality Specialist will be responsible for leading the development and execution of new product introductions into Contract Manufactures. Provides planning and implementation support to ensure MCBC quality and food safety standards are maintained at contract manufactures. Has direct responsibility for ensuring excellent communication processes exist between the contract manufacture and MCBC, working with key manufactures to improve quality process and performance. Has the ability to lead the quality community on New Product Development initiatives, synergize any cross functional or cross department resources for the successful launch of MCBC strategic beverages. This position will also be responsible for the ongoing quality management/improvement of our Co-Manufacturing/Co-Packing partners in North America.
The Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day to day function of the analytical and microbiological results from out strategic partners to ensure company policies and procedures are met. Facilitate any non-conforming issues at the manufacturer to ensure proper disposition of product meets MCBC strategic initiatives.
  • Promotes quality excellence and reliable beverage execution within the MCBC strategic partners to improve overall quality, productivity, cost and customer satisfaction.
  • Facilitate root cause analysis and continuous improvement with MCBC strategic partners to ensure compliance to key process indicators/initiatives.
  • Provide onsite support at strategic partners for trials and conduct annual onsite quality audits.

The Other Qualifications:
You have a Bachelor's degree in Science, Chemistry or Biology OR equivalent experience (4+ years) in the field of Food Science
  • You have at least 8-10 years experience
  • You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities
