SUPPLIER QUALITY ASSURANCE SPECIALIST (M/F/D)

YOUR TASKS

In your role as Supplier Quality Assurances Specialist (OtD), you will be responsible for initiating and actively managing quality issues for complicated purchase parts in series production, including conducting and coordinating the necessary complaints management.

• Processing the purchase parts complaints in accordance to the procedures;
• Initiating, coordinating and organizing the necessary rework and sorting in consultation with internal departments and the suppliers. Responsible to manage quarantine area of purchased parts;
• Management of not conforming purchased parts including inter-company parts (ERP and physically) and coordinate the further actions (e.g. rework, sorting, etc.). Informing supplier about potential costs;
• Following up supplier 8D reports (technical) regarding content and timing. Perform 8D evaluation (technical) (e.g. in SAP);
• Conduct supplier visits and audits (e.g. VDA 6.3);
• Initiating escalation and take the lead according to the escalation process for suppliers (responsibility matrix escalation); 

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree in mechanics, electronics, engineering or similar technical courses;
• Experience in quality field, knowledge of Quality methods (5 why analysis, Ishikawa etc., Yellow belt would be an advantage);
• Excellent English language skills;
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office, experience working with SAP or other ERP system;
• Purposeful and structured work approach. A highly committed and proactive attitude;
• Teamwork skills, an affinity for technology, and communication skills;

Information regarding Base Salary

From 2600 to 2800 EUR (before withholding taxes) taking in consideration your current professional competence and work experience. Salary is reviewed at least once per year. Also, you will be entitled to the annual bonus, that depends on your results.
