Beverage Manager - Part Time

The key goal of the Beverage Manager at QuickChek is the overall performance of the Beverage Area. The Beverage Manager is responsible for a specific department in the store and may have additional responsibilities such as meeting sales goals, achieving shrink goals, maintaining in-stock conditions, following planograms, maintaining a clean department, and ordering product for the department.

1. Provide exceptional customer service and tend to customers in a prompt, efficient, friendly manner
2. Keep department in stock and set to planogram
3. Maintain a clean, clutter-free department at all times
4. Sweep, mop, and clean, as necessary
5. Ensure GAP is to plan
6. Ensure all equipment is operational and call for service when necessary
7. Monitor beverage sales performance
8. Actively challenge self and all Team Members to surpass sales goals
9. Ensure all displays are to standard and signage is correct
10. Keep up-to-date on new policies and procedures
11. Attend all mandatory/scheduled store meetings
12. Train new Team Members, as needed
13. Packs out, prices, and faces deliveries
14. Communicate any questions, concerns, or issues to the Store Leader timely
15. Practice Loss Prevention policies

1. Completion of required training programs and learning activities
2. Personal behaviors must align with QuickChek’s values
3. Must have reliable transportation to and from work
4. Ability to maintain QuickChek grooming and hygiene standards
5. Ability to perform basic math calculations
6. Ability to speak, read, write, and understand basic English
7. Must be alert and attentive; impairment for any reason is not permitted
