Top OC Workplace is in need of a long term Temporary Benefits Administrator. This is an IN OFFICE role. Must have current Ultipro, UKG or Kronos experience.
Job Summary:
Administers and maintains company benefits programs. Provides assistance and functions as a liaison between vendors and associates and advises on eligibility, coverage and other benefits matters. Compiles and maintains benefits records and documents to ensure quality, accuracy, timeliness, confidentiality and completeness.
Essential Functions:
- Provides daily administration and monitoring of the health & retirement-related benefit programs, to include communication with the associates, IT, outside vendors and benefit consultants.
- Provides ongoing training and support to HR Team members, and benefits department personnel, to ensure accurate understanding of the associate benefit plans and consistent practice throughout the system.
- Reconciles a variety of invoices and reports to ensure accurate records and payment of insurance premiums and administration fees to vendors;
- Implements, in coordination with Corporate Benefits Manager, any new health & retirement-related benefit programs, to include associate presentations; IT testing and communication, external vendors and benefit consultants and the design & dissemination of printed information material.
- Assists with routine administration of specific programs (e.g., AED Safety, International Emergency Assistance & Tuition Reimbursement programs), including written communication with facility management and various internal Corporate departments.
- Performs other related and assigned duties as necessary.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Education and experience equivalent to:
Must have current Ultipro, UKG or Kronos experience.
MS OFFICE: Advanced EXCEL is a must
Education/Certification:
College Degree preferred
Experience:
3 to 6 years of relevant work experience.
