- Fully licensed in Life, Accident, and Health or ready to take certification test
- Must have reliable transportation to travel to groups
Duties:
- Conduct employee evaluations to assess benefit needs and preferences
- Collect and analyze data related to employee benefits usage and satisfaction
- Collaborate with the HR team to support recruiting efforts by promoting the company's benefits package
- Maintain accurate records of employee benefit information using multiple Ben Admin systems
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of employee benefits programs and regulations
- Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and reporting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels
As a Benefit Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that employees have access to comprehensive and competitive benefits. You will be responsible for evaluating employee needs, collecting relevant data, and educating employees about their benefit options.
We are seeking a highly organized individual with a strong attention to detail. Additionally, excellent communication skills are necessary for effectively interacting with employees and providing support during the enrollment process.
