Your expertise shines as you determine eligibility for new members, ensuring no one is left without the protection they deserve.

Afternoons are filled with responding to service requests, where your dedication to exceptional customer service takes center stage. As the day winds down, you reflect on the meaningful conversations you've had, knowing you've made a real difference in the lives of those you've served. TO THRIVE IN THIS ROLE, YOU'LL NEED:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Computer skills required for Microsoft PowerPoint, Zoom, and Adobe
• Excellent communication skills
