Henderson Locker has been providing union benefits and community outreach programs to police officers, firefighters, teachers, licensed professionals, and working-class families for over 20 years. We are currently expanding RAPIDLY and hiring qualified candidates into a Benefits Representative position.

Here at the Hender Locker Organization, prior experience is not a requirement. Our focus is to develop representatives who are not only successful, but excited about helping others. We pour our time, energy, and resources into others. You will be given all the support, tools, and training to succeed.

Responsibilities:

• Identify the needs of your clients by speaking with them over the phone and online, and qualify them for the proper products offered by us.
• Foster and maintain excellent relationships with clients and prospects through regular follow-up and general account support. Anticipate, respond to, and follow up on all existing client needs.
• Be willing to be coachable, and work as part of a team.

Requirements:

• Hold the insurance license required by your state or be willing to obtain one.
• Be people-oriented, customer-focused, and professionally assertive in developing new client relationships and servicing existing clients.
• Have excellent time management skills, thrive in a team environment, and Technology and Computer proficiency.
• Be self-motivated, as well as able to work in a team setting.
