Job Description
Are you a Global Benefits Manager that has been thinking about making a move? Our client in Morris County, NJ is looking to hire a full time, direct hire, Global Benefits Manager. This is a hybrid opportunity.
Responsibilities:
· Ownership of the annual Open Enrollment cycle
· Responsible for all benefits plan audits, testing, and filings
· Lead, train and manage a small team of direct reports
· Act as a subject matter expert on all things related to benefits and wellness
· Work closely with HRIS, Payroll, and HRBPs to implement and execute the benefits programs
· ACA and Compliance
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree or Equivalent Experience
· Preferred: CEBS (Certified Employee Benefits Specialist)
· 5+ years of experience with benefits plans and analysis
· MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Workday experience
· Knowledge of benefits, policies/procedures, and HR Laws
The salary range for this opportunity is $100-120K depending on experience.
The client offers medical, dental, STD, LTD, Life Insurance, retirement plans, and additional coverage.
Pay Details: $100,000.00 to $120,000.00 per year
