In this role, you are responsible for assisting with the administration of our U.S.health and welfare benefit plans, helping employees resolve benefits issues, and acting as a liaison between the Company and our providers. This role requires strong attention to detail, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
ESSENTIAL
Support the administration of employee benefits programs, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, and other benefit offerings.- Act as a liaison between benefits vendors, employees, and the HR service center to facilitate resolution of benefit inquiries.
- Coordinate and reconcile monthly premium billings for the benefit plans.
- Process invoices related to benefits administration, including verifying accuracy, obtaining necessary approvals, and ensuring timely payment.
- Assist with annual benefits enrollment for the U.S. and expatriate plans.
- Assist with benefits communication and education initiatives, including annual enrollment, new hire orientation, and ongoing training.
- Process tuition reimbursement paperwork, including verifying eligibilty, calculating reimbursement amounts, and coordinating with the finance team for payment.
- Complete qualified medical child support orders and medical verification paperwork, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Assist with special projects as needed.
REQUIRED
0-3 years’ related benefits experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
DESIRED
Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and written.- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Proficiency in Microsoft SharePoint.
This position is Hybrid - Remote and will require commuting to a designated office. Hybrid work schedules are determined by the hiring manager based on business need.
