1. Assist with the day-to-day operations of Rite Path’s office by completing tasks as requested by the Clinical
Supervisor and other office staff.
2. Be located at the receptionist desk to greet and assist visitors in the office as well as maintain safety monitoring for
on-campus students.
3. Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning. Produce and distribute
correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms; write letters and emails on behalf of other office staff.
4. Reply to emails, calls, or face to face inquiries.
5. Insurance verifications and running copays for commercial clients.
6. Manage staff appointments and booking out rooms.
7. Assist in calling clients, radioing for students, sending Zoom links, or following up with missed appointments.
8. Radioing for students on campus & coordinating with Control at CSA/DLA.
9. Maintain efficiency in ADS or a similar electronic health record system.
10. Organize and schedule appointments and meetings.
11. Assist in uploading documents to client files.
12. Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner and maintain HIPAA compliance at all times.
13. Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing
and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies
14. Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional
publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional groups as needed.
15. Develop and update administrative systems to make them more efficient. Resolve administrative problems.
