About the Program and Position:
The Cayuga Centers Upstate New York Treatment Family Foster Care (TFFC) Team is looking for an individual who is passionate about supporting youth in the foster care system in the Oneida/Mohawk Valley office. We wrap services around the youth, their family/kin/caregivers, and the foster parents to return a child home or to a permanent home as soon as possible. As a Behavioral Case Planner, you will collaborate with foster parents daily, assist in creating treatment plans, understand and support the youths’ educational goals, coordinate service plans, attend family court proceedings to report progress, and actively participate on the treatment team. It is an exciting position with ample opportunities to expand your expertise and experience in the human services field.
Our Treatment Family Foster Care program serves youth in foster care between the ages of 0 and 21.
We serve youth and families by partnering with local Department of Social Services officials, Office of Child and Family Services, Office of People With Developmental Disabilities, and community resource partners to provide bundled, strength-based, therapeutic interventions that change children’s lives.
