Trauma Systems Therapy Case Planner, Forest Hills

Needed for full-time, permanent position in Forest Hills, Queens developing and implementing a treatment plan designed to strengthen the relationship between the child and their caretaker with the goal of restoring safety, attachment and stability to the child's life and environment.

Will provide assessment, treatment planning, interventions, case management, conduct home and office visits, implement crisis management and safety plans, and document all case activity.

Salary range of $51,000-$60,000.
