The Partner Services Team an expert internal team that assists our broker clients with specialized services such as Marketing, Recruiting, Licensing/Compliance, Training and Culture, Lead Generation. and IT solutions. We are looking for a rock star to help our clients grow their business thru one of our Partner Service offerings as these services are imperative to support our AE’s and the growth of our broker’s future business.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: - Possible traveling to our client’s office, along with working in office virtual assistance
- Setting our clients up for all things Partner Services.
- Monitoring the Partner Service queue.
- Initiating consultation interview to gauge specific needs and desired outcomes.
- Provide basic consultation of each or our Partner Service offerings.
- Follow up check in’s from prior consultations.
- Competent in Microsoft Office programs and design software
- Mac and Dell proficiency
- Proactive with strong ownership skills; understands how to drive results
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Experience in coordinating projects with cross-functional teams to identify deliverables,
- Schedule and obtain content
- Open to learning - we are big on getting better and there's always room for improvement
- Onsite attendance is required
