Bartender/Server
Bitterroot, a service-forward, Chef driven Farm to Table restaurant with a award winning cocktail bar, is seeking an experienced person to join our team. As a bartender, you will be responsible for creating and serving various unique and classic cocktails, beer, wine, and other beverages. As a server you will attend to guests with the highest form of hospitality. The ideal candidate will have a friendly and outgoing personality, be able to work in a fast-paced environment and have excellent customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers and provide excellent customer service
- Create and serve a variety of cocktails, including classic and signature drinks
- Keep the bar area clean and organized, including restocking supplies and cleaning equipment
- Maintain accurate cash handling procedures and follow all cash register policies
- Attend to customer needs and requests, including providing recommendations and ensuring complete guest satisfaction
- Serve tables with accuracy, speed, and with finesse
- Expected to be knowledgeable about the food, cocktails, spirits, wine and beer
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $50.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 per week
