Bartender/Server

Broken Anchor Winery is seeking a full-time Bartender/Server with outgoing and energetic personalities to join our team! Bartender/servers will ensure that our guest have an enjoyable experience by providing quality customer service. The ideal candidate must be able to work as a team player, be quick on your feet, they will be energetic, driven, have a solid work ethic, positive attitude and provide superior guest service. Responsibilities/Qualifications:

• Provide an enjoyable experience for EVERY guest
• Check guest identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
• Being available and visible at all times to assist guest
• Prepare the Winery/Bar for opening and closing each business day
• Strong knowledge of wine, craft beers, cocktails and spirits
• Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for guests
• Interact with guests and take orders, deliver to table
• Conduct wine tastings
• Promote the Winery’s Wine, Whiskey and Beer Clubs
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations
• Must possess exceptional communication and organizational skills
• Flexible hours with evenings and weekends
• Potential to lead and facilitate social and educational Winery related events
• Prior experience as a bartender preferred
• Experience as a server is preferred
• Remove dinnerware from table in timely manner and clean table
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• ServSafe Certifications preferred, but not required

**Hourly wage = base salary + tips

• Bartending: 1 year (Preferred)
• Restaurant Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
