JR Crickets Fayetteville is looking for a Bartender to join our team in Fayetteville, GA!
Bartender Position Summary:
The Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic beverages to guests in a timely, efficient and courteous manner. The position will be responsible for making drinks to order, garnishing drinks, and setting up bar stations for proper serving. The Bartender will also stock inventory and prep bar equipment. The position will be responsible for maintaining the high standards of health and safety, as well as the cleanliness of the bar area, including the glassware, tables, floor, and workstations.
Essential Duties:
- Prepares and serves alcoholic beverages to guests in a timely, efficient manner.
- Makes drinks according to JR Crickets Fayetteville recipes.
- Gives recommendations on food and drink choices based on guest preferences.
- Stock inventory and prepares bar supplies.
- Maintains high standards of sanitation and cleanliness of bar area, including glassware, tables, floor, and workstations.
- Keeps service area(s) neat, clean, organized, with sanitary conditions in proper working order.
- Ensures service area(s) are thoroughly cleansed after each shift.
- Ensures proper stock rotation of all products used in preparation of food items.
- Cleans service area(s) before after each shift.
- Performs other duties as assigned by manager or supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
- Previous experience as a bartender is preferred but not required.
- Demonstrated knowledge of and skill in ability to safely and effectively operate standard beverage service equipment

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Pass background check for serving alcohol permit
- Minimum two (2) years of bar or restaurant experience to include drink preparation
- Current beverage service certification
- Familiar with point-of-sale computers and software
- Comfortable using a computer, navigating Windows, Microsoft Office, and Outlook Email
Hour of Operations
- Monday- Sunday 11am- 10pm
- Closed Easter, Thanksgiving, & Christmas
