Bartender/Mixologist/Server Positions For New Upscale Lounge

Hiring for nite lounge only at this time, 4pm - close, 2pm-close Sat & Sun

Day lounge will open soon too.

Bartenders/Servers/Kitchen

Responsibilities:

• Craft & create a diverse range of high-quality cocktails, demonstrating a strong knowledge of mixology & current beverage trends. (training will be provided but prior mixology experience is a plus!)
• Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, offering beverage recommendations, & ensuring a memorable experience.
• Maintain a clean & organized bar area, including proper storage & rotation of ingredients, glassware, & utensils.
• Adhere to all relevant health & safety regulations, consistently practicing responsible alcohol service.
• Collaborate with other team members to develop & update the drink menu, incorporating seasonal & innovative offerings.
• Stay informed about industry trends, new ingredients, & cocktail techniques to continually enhance the beverage program.
• Efficiently handle cash transactions, accurately process orders, & maintain an organized cash drawer.
• Monitor & manage inventory levels, placing orders as needed to ensure an adequate stock of supplies.
• Create a welcoming & upscale atmosphere, contributing to the overall ambiance of the establishment.
• Attend & actively participate in training sessions to further enhance mixology skills & product knowledge.

Job Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a mixologist/bartender in an upscale or fine-dining environment.
• Extensive knowledge of spirits, wines, and craft beers, with a passion for staying updated on industry trends.
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to engage & interact with a diverse clientele.
• Strong multitasking & organizational abilities to handle a high-paced, upscale bar setting.
• Excellent communication skills & the ability to work well within a collaborative team.
• TIPS or equivalent certification for responsible alcohol service is preferred.
• Flexibility in working evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet the demands of the business.
• Impeccable attention to detail & a commitment to maintaining a clean and aesthetically pleasing bar area.
