Pitt's is a restaurant opening this fall by the chef and owner of Agi's Counter (Crown Height, Brooklyn)
We are looking for a Head Bartender who will help lead the bar program with regards to hospitality, professionalism and knowledge. You will also set the example of standards for the rest of the team. Ideally, we’re looking for someone with experience in the position of Head Bartender who is also kind, driven and great on a team. If we had to choose though, we’ll take the latter qualities over the former experience and teach the rest. We’re looking for someone who will make a home with us in this new venture.
As part of the opening team, you’ll be able to help shape the opening cocktail menu and spirits program. The focus will be on classic cocktails and straightforward drinks made with an intense attention to detail, consistency and quality.
Responsibilities:
Knowledge of all food and drink menus
Monthly inventory
Assisting with weekly ordering
Train new members of the bar team
Monitor ingredient and drink quality
