Responsibilities

• Develop and curate an innovative beverage program, including craft cocktails, wine, and spirits, aligning with Canyon's culinary identity.
• Lead and mentor the bar staff, fostering a culture of excellence and ensuring high-quality service.
• Manage bar inventory, monitor stock levels, and optimize purchasing to minimize waste and control costs.
• Ensure guests have a memorable bar experience by maintaining high service standards and engaging with patrons.
• Oversee compliance with all applicable liquor laws and health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Bar Manager in a high-end bar or restaurant.
• Extensive knowledge of mixology, cocktails, wines, and spirits.
• Exceptional leadership skills and the ability to motivate and guide a bar team.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management and inventory control.
• Knowledge of liquor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
