Responsibilities
- Develop and curate an innovative beverage program, including craft cocktails, wine, and spirits, aligning with Canyon's culinary identity.
- Lead and mentor the bar staff, fostering a culture of excellence and ensuring high-quality service.
- Manage bar inventory, monitor stock levels, and optimize purchasing to minimize waste and control costs.
- Ensure guests have a memorable bar experience by maintaining high service standards and engaging with patrons.
- Oversee compliance with all applicable liquor laws and health and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Bar Manager in a high-end bar or restaurant.
- Extensive knowledge of mixology, cocktails, wines, and spirits.
- Exceptional leadership skills and the ability to motivate and guide a bar team.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management and inventory control.
- Knowledge of liquor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
