Nightclub Bar Manager Position

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all bar operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and service excellence.
• Manage liquor attendants, including scheduling, training, and supervising staff.
• Conduct inventory control, ordering supplies, and managing vendor relationships.
• Implement and maintain Toast POS system for optimal operation.
• Handle daytime responsibilities, including receiving and organizing stock.
• Lift and transport items weighing 25lbs or more.
• Multitask effectively under high-volume conditions, maintaining composure and a positive customer experience.
• Work flexible hours, including holidays and night shifts from 10 pm to 6 am.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in a high-volume establishment.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Toast POS.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Proven experience in ordering, inventory control, and overall bar management.
• Must be able to lift 25lb and more, reflecting the physical demands of the job.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts.
