Job Description:

TBGR Food Service, LLC is seeking an experienced and dynamic Bar and Grill Manager to join our team at the Tilghman Beach and Golf Resort F&B Outlet in North Myrtle Beach, SC. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record in managing a successful bar and grill operation.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the bar and grill, including staffing, inventory management, and customer service.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and increase profitability.
• Train, mentor, and motivate staff to deliver outstanding service and achieve performance targets.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the establishment.
• Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork among staff members.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role in the food and beverage industry, preferably in a bar and grill setting.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of food and beverage trends, as well as industry best practices.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
