Job Description:
TBGR Food Service, LLC is seeking an experienced and dynamic Bar and Grill Manager to join our team at the Tilghman Beach and Golf Resort F&B Outlet in North Myrtle Beach, SC. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record in managing a successful bar and grill operation.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the bar and grill, including staffing, inventory management, and customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and increase profitability.
- Train, mentor, and motivate staff to deliver outstanding service and achieve performance targets.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the establishment.
- Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork among staff members.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role in the food and beverage industry, preferably in a bar and grill setting.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of food and beverage trends, as well as industry best practices.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
