Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the bar, including opening and closing procedures
- Create and maintain a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for guests
- Develop and implement bar policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Handle cash handling and manage the cash register
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to coordinate food service for banquets and events
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Stay updated on industry trends and new beverage offerings

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or bar role
- Strong knowledge of food service and catering operations
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to handle cash handling and perform basic math calculations
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and best practices
